Email: kontakt@gtc-log.com

2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate a functional website and to provide our content and services. Processing of personal data is generally carried out only with the consent of the data subject or when processing is permitted by legal provisions (Art. 6(1) GDPR).

3. Server log files
When you access our website, the provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files. This includes in particular:
– IP address of the requesting device (possibly in anonymised form)
– Date and time of access
– Name and URL of the file accessed
– Website from which access was made (referrer URL)
– Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your device.

This data is processed to ensure a smooth connection to the website, to enable comfortable use, and to evaluate system security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is not merged with other data sources.

4. Contact via contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form provided on the website, the information you provide (name, email address, message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) insofar as your enquiry is related to the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship. In all other cases, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing your enquiry).

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until the purpose for storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been fully processed) or until you request deletion, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

5. Disclosure of data
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless
– you have given your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
– processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
– there is a legal obligation to disclose (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), or
– disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest in non-disclosure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing no longer applies. If statutory retention periods (e.g. under commercial or tax law) exist, the data in question will be stored for the duration of those periods and then deleted.

7. Your rights as a data subject
Under applicable law you have the following rights:

– Right of access to your personal data processed by us (Art. 15 GDPR)
– Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR)
– Right to erasure of your data stored by us (Art. 17 GDPR), unless statutory retention obligations prevent this
– Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
– Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
– Right to object to the processing of your personal data (Art. 21 GDPR)

If you have given consent to data processing, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). An informal email to kontakt@gtc-log.com is sufficient.

8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
In the event of violations of data protection law you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).

9. Security of processing / SSL or TLS encryption
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Where SSL or TLS encryption is used on this website, you can recognise this by the browser address bar (“https://” and padlock symbol). However, completely secure data transmission on the internet cannot be guaranteed.

10. Status of this privacy policy
This privacy policy is dated March 2026. Further development of our website or changes in legal or regulatory requirements may make it necessary to update this privacy policy. You can find the current version on this page at any time.
